GoFunMotion Deals lets you browse activities without an account. Account features use your sign-in details, saved plans and listings, preferences, booking requests, and partner application information. Firebase provides authentication and data storage.

Optional AI assistance

AI search, planning, writing, and support use OpenAI. In the mobile app, AI is off until you enable it for that screen. Your request and relevant deal details are sent to OpenAI when you use an enabled assistant. Turn the toggle off to use standard matching and help. Do not include passwords, payment details, health information, or other sensitive data.

We request that AI responses are not stored as retrievable response objects. This is not a promise of zero provider retention; OpenAI may process and retain data under its applicable API terms and policies. We record feature usage, token counts, and error categories for limits and reliability, without recording prompt text in our AI usage logs.

AI drafts are suggestions. They do not confirm availability, send booking requests, publish listings, or make payments. You review and submit those actions yourself. Plans you choose to save are stored in your account.

Bookings and notifications

A booking request shares the contact details, party size, date, and message you submit with the relevant business. Email and optional device notifications may keep you informed about request status. A request is not a confirmed booking or payment.

GoFunMotion does not process consumer activity-booking checkout. Any optional paid partner subscription is separate from a customer's booking request.

The site may store lightweight validation events such as plan generated, listing viewed, listing saved, booking request started, partner application submitted, login clicked, and waitlist submitted.

GoFunMotion is a discovery platform. Local businesses and partners are responsible for fulfilling activities, honoring their policies, and handling any direct customer communication.

Performance monitoring

The mobile app configuration includes Firebase Performance Monitoring, a Google service for reliability and performance analysis. Its default collection includes Firebase installation IDs, IP addresses, device/app information, app-start and screen-rendering timings, and network request metadata such as URLs and response times. The reviewed configuration has no in-app opt-out for this monitoring; collection in a particular release depends on its SDK and build configuration. Partner subscriptions and purchase data

Where mobile partner subscriptions are available, Apple App Store or Google Play handles the payment through your store account. GoFunMotion does not receive your full payment-card details from these store purchases. We use RevenueCat to verify purchases, restore eligible access, and keep partner subscription entitlements up to date.

We send your GoFunMotion account identifier to RevenueCat as its app user ID. RevenueCat processes store receipts or purchase tokens, purchase history, product identifiers, subscription status, renewal or expiration information, and technical information such as device type and operating system. This purchase data is linked to your account; it is not anonymous. It supports purchase verification, subscription reporting, support, and access management.

Our backend links the subscribing account to an approved business. It stores that link, subscription product and store, plan and access status, period end, cancellation status, verification timestamps, and purchase-ownership checks. It also records processed subscription-event identifiers and types to prevent duplicate processing. Where web partner subscriptions are offered, Stripe hosts checkout and the billing portal. We send the selected plan, business and account identifiers, and the business or account contact email. We retain billing identifiers, checkout references, subscription status, and renewal or cancellation information to manage partner access. Payment details entered in hosted checkout are handled by Stripe, not a GoFunMotion booking-payment form.

Retention and account deletion

Saved items and other account records remain stored until you remove them or they are covered by account deletion. There is no single automatic deletion deadline across all GoFunMotion records or service providers.

The mobile app's Delete account action requires a recent sign-in. When it completes successfully, it deletes your Firebase sign-in account and profile, saved plans and deals, device-notification records, and your user-linked plans, booking requests, and reviews. Business owners must contact support to close or transfer their business first; administrators must transfer administrator access before deletion.

This action does not automatically erase partner applications, business records, subscription-account links, billing or purchase-ownership records, or administrative and billing-event logs. These records can remain after personal-account deletion and require separate review through support. It also does not automatically delete records held by RevenueCat, Apple, Google, Stripe, or an activity provider that received your request. Contact us to request review and deletion of remaining GoFunMotion or RevenueCat data; store and other provider records are subject to their own processes and retention requirements. We do not promise immediate erasure from every system.

Deleting your account or uninstalling the app does not cancel an auto-renewing subscription. Cancel it separately with Apple, Google Play, or the web billing portal, depending on where you subscribed.

Your choices

You can browse without signing in, leave AI disabled, and manage your saved items from your account. For privacy questions or an account/data deletion request, including when you cannot use the in-app action, contact hello@gofunmotion.com. We may need to verify your account and identify any business or subscription records before acting on a request.
